PD Mentors will be offering public seminar classes during throughout 2013 on CSEP Prep, Managing Complex Projects and System Engineering for Federal Projects. These are designed to address the project management and system engineering issues faced when managing large complex projects.
CSEP Prep prepares the student to sit for the ASEP or CSEP certification exam. This course is taught by Kevin Forsberg ESEP or Ken Kepchar ESEP. Course reviews the INCOSE SE Handbook version 3.2.2 and includes practice exam questions.
Managing Complex Projects is for project managers, engineers and technical staff that deal with highly complex product oriented projects. This course integrates concepts developed in the system engineering community and addresses the complexity of product development in today's competitive environment.
System Engineering in the Federal Sector is specifcally tailored to address the system engineering issues as documented in DoD 5000.2. In addition to INCOSE based concepts, this course addresses the stages and deliverables as documented by Department of Defence and used throughout the Federal Sector.
